Great experience ordering with this company

I did liked the fan so far only problem is when we put on fan mode to number 5 the fan starts wobbling.we tried almost everything thing but doesn’t stop wobbling.
It’s a sad part since I can run the fan to 4 or 5 mode.

This light was perfect. The only problem was communication . . . there was none until I emailed and asked to cancel the order because I’d never received any notification that the item was shipped, even though I’d emailed and called (can’t leave a message, and no one answers) earlier in the week. The light actually showed up that day. They need to work on their communication, but otherwise, it was a great transaction.

Purchased this fan from the wide selection offered. I had checked many websites and found best , quality selection here. Very fast shipping, but best of all the quality of the product was excellent. I am very happy with our purchase.

I received two lights, the electrician came
In to install and found that the light was missing the ceiling anchor. I tried to reach out to the vendor or prairiegrit and no response was received. Why sell something that cannot be installed ? I’m very very disappointed!

Item was as described and install was easy and well described. Box had been re-taped but on opening, it looked as though lamp had never been taken out of box. All items were enclosed and lamp was cosmetically pristine. Half the price of same lamp at Home Depot.

This purchase did not appear to go through. The screen did not confirm a sale, so a camera was purchased from a different seller. Then, the camera was sent. This camera needs to be returned. Please provide instructions for return. An email has been sent, 2 phone calls, and we have reached out to credit card company.

The unit was an open box for sure. However, it had obviously been installed and then taken back down. One mounting screw was missing and the other had a stripped head. The wires had been terminated in a wirenut, since they were twisted. We did install the fan and found that when it is on fan and light, one section of the LED strip flickers a bit. I’m not going to send it back, we will be keeping it. We still do like it.

Replacement ceiling fan blades arrived with a different design/shape. Tips of blades are not rounded as shown on website rather more like a whales tail. Disappointed. Really ages them. Waiting to hear back from support. Other than than, they arrived quickly and the price was right.
