When I received the fan three of the crystals had fallen off I Tried calling customer service but it said the mailbox was full and so I tried talking to someone on line that wanted to pay $5 to talk to a electrician that I didn’t need The broken fan is still sitting in the box by the door in my hallway
Very fortunate to find this great item 1/2 price from large home improvement stores. I was not familiar with Prairegrit.com and was skeptical at first, but once everything unfolded and confirmed to be legitimate, I am so happy that I referred family members. Customer service was great too. Thanks again!
Our townhome community decided on this outdoor lantern as a replacement. I ordered two, one for myself and neighbor. They were much more affordable in comparison to the big box store. Using the correct bulb for on at dusk off at dawn we are very happy. I thought shipping was a little pricey. Other neighbors are going to order them. Great company 👌 I did not call customer service, although I gave them 5 stars.
I never received this item. The company didn’t compensate me for the inconvenience they sent a different model then told me to return it to get my money back. I feel frauded
