Price of item was great ($33), plus shipping wasn’t too expensive. But I should have listened to more of the reviewers who said incorrect, incomplete or damaged items were sent.

I received this fixture with a completely useless fabric shade. It was dented over 2/3 of the circumference and could not be fixed. I wanted to keep the rest of the fixture and look for another shade on my own because I have other fixtures that match this one in the same hallway. The box was not damaged and the shade was well packed and protected by fitted styrofoam, so it had to have already been damaged in the box prior to shipping. It’s as if nobody bothered to check it first on the seller’s end, which is unacceptable.

I asked for at least a partial refund since the fixture is only half usable. The seller came back with an offer of $5 as an apology, which was laughable. I wrote back asking for more and they gave me $15. That was acceptable. But I still have to go find another shade.

I probably won’t use this website again, since it’s not worth taking the risk ordering something to have it not be in perfect condition, and then have to deal with the waste of time and frustration of correcting it. The seller really should be doing a better job of checking their products before shipping them out.
