Glad I found this chandelier, it’s perfect! The dimensions, the design, materials and price – it’s a fantastic find!

Arrived on time, very easy to install, very pleased with this product.

Price of item was great ($33), plus shipping wasn’t too expensive. But I should have listened to more of the reviewers who said incorrect, incomplete or damaged items were sent.

I received this fixture with a completely useless fabric shade. It was dented over 2/3 of the circumference and could not be fixed. I wanted to keep the rest of the fixture and look for another shade on my own because I have other fixtures that match this one in the same hallway. The box was not damaged and the shade was well packed and protected by fitted styrofoam, so it had to have already been damaged in the box prior to shipping. It’s as if nobody bothered to check it first on the seller’s end, which is unacceptable.

I asked for at least a partial refund since the fixture is only half usable. The seller came back with an offer of $5 as an apology, which was laughable. I wrote back asking for more and they gave me $15. That was acceptable. But I still have to go find another shade.

I probably won’t use this website again, since it’s not worth taking the risk ordering something to have it not be in perfect condition, and then have to deal with the waste of time and frustration of correcting it. The seller really should be doing a better job of checking their products before shipping them out.

I received my lamp exactly as described. Shipping was super fast. Customer service was amazing! I had a question and received an answer quickly.

The prices of the product that I ordered were very reasonable I suspected this might have been a scam but it was not. The items came in as described and in very good condition we were kept up to date on the progress of the order I would order from this organization again thank you

Excellent quality, description is 100% accurate, and shipping was fast and everything was expertly packed and sealed.
Shipping was a tad pricey, but worth it in overall savings! I ordered 5 ceiling fans for my basement renovation and paid a fraction of the price I otherwise would have going to a big box store.
I will be saving this sellers information for future projects!
