Received and was excited to hang the fixture. This fixture came with a broken piece and although I emailed several days ago, including a photo of the broken piece, I have yet to hear a response. Waiting to hear before we hang but also trying to move forward and get this completed!

The item was open box but in perfect condition. The only reason I could tell anything had been touched is that I ordered two and their packaging differed slightly. Both looked professional.

The lights were easy to install and look great.

Item was received in about 10 days instead the 3-5 days specified in the ad.

Package was an obvious repack and missing the hang rods. Attempted to get to customer service, no luck yet.
Asking for a return….nothing yet

Great experience ordering with this company

I did liked the fan so far only problem is when we put on fan mode to number 5 the fan starts wobbling.we tried almost everything thing but doesn’t stop wobbling.
It’s a sad part since I can run the fan to 4 or 5 mode.

This light was perfect. The only problem was communication . . . there was none until I emailed and asked to cancel the order because I’d never received any notification that the item was shipped, even though I’d emailed and called (can’t leave a message, and no one answers) earlier in the week. The light actually showed up that day. They need to work on their communication, but otherwise, it was a great transaction.
