The light looked like someone had previously tried to install it. The light does not work and I have been unable to contact someone about a refund. I would not do business here in the future.

Received and was excited to hang the fixture. This fixture came with a broken piece and although I emailed several days ago, including a photo of the broken piece, I have yet to hear a response. Waiting to hear before we hang but also trying to move forward and get this completed!

The item was open box but in perfect condition. The only reason I could tell anything had been touched is that I ordered two and their packaging differed slightly. Both looked professional.
The lights were easy to install and look great.
