I am pleased with my purchase bute would recommend seller use an outer packaging while shipping products. My purchase was sent through UPS and the box was damaged in the process. It had been opened and the cardboard insert had been hastily torn. Basically it looks as though someone cut the side seal and pulled the insert out to see what the contents of the box. I inventoried all the parts and the item is fine. I just felt you needed to know to avoid.issues in the future.

Items were RTV merchandise, but everything was in good order and all parts included. A great value and I will use the sight again.

Everything worked out fine but they don’t tell you it shipped just that it pricessed so no tracking provided. I was worried until it arrived on 5th day

I was very disappointed with this purchase because it was missing a part which
resulted in a delayed installation by my plumber who had to buy another faucet.
This also added cost. I have notified the company, which is difficult to do., with no
response.

I still haven’t received my order

It fantastic doing business with you. However the shipper failed to deliver my last order. UPS claims it left the package in front of my apartment, but the package wasn’t there when l got home and l still don’t have it. I have to put up a claim. But your end has been excellent so far.

I am dissatisfied. I ordered 3 of an item received one. Then it took almost 3 weeks to resolve the issue. I had to get paypal involved. Ultimately I was refunded but not pleased at all
