I received the faucet on time and it looks great, but it doesn’t work. I searched online and tried several troubleshooting tactics. I also called Moen directly to see if there is something I’m doing wrong. I installed it correctly, the faucet is faulty. I opened a ticket with both Prairie Grit marketplace and the seller, Home Designs, over a week ago. No response from either company except for the automated…we’ll get back to you message. I love the look of the faucet, but am extremely disappointed in the customer service.
The impending bath/shower fixture was just as described, still in brand new packaging. It fit perfectly and functionsed flawlessly. We’re very happy with the service provided from prairie grit!
Never again, seller is no good! First and last purchase from this site EVER! Don’t waste your time or money here just go buy new instead of broken used!
