Item was an out of box tub and shower faucet by delta and when I received it was in perfect condition- no scratches or anything. I saved 80 dollars by purchasing this out of box delta faucet for 104.99 with Prairie Grit versus buying a brand new one from Home Depot for 180 dollars.
Faucet was in excellent unused condition with all the parts. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Ordered several other plumbing products all in excellent condition. Would not hesitate to recommend this site.

Seller is good. Faucet is troublesome cuz slight movement of handle goes from cold to hot in 1/4” and to hot to touch.
I’ll be fixing the old one.
