box was destroyed which means i lose confidence on what is inside. was it new? not sure. item itself is good product. better than phister. . it works great and it pulls right in with no problems.

The faucet was delivered in time just as was promised and the same Moen product cheaper than what I could have purchased at other hardware stores. The only negative comment I have is that it was not packaged and was mailed just off the self with my address on it, fortunately not damaged.

This shower head looks like it was returned to the seller due to a cracked part. The liquidator should have checked the parts closer and they would have discovered the cracked part themselves. The liquidator was great and refunded part of the price. Good transaction good at communications and keeping the customer happy. 4.5 out of 5 stars.
