Initially the item did not arrive as promised. However, when I contacted the seller, he doubled down to get it to us on an expedited basis as we HAD to have it by a certain date for the Contractors.

The seller did his best to make it right and we did receive it in time for the Contractors to use. For that reason, I would purchase again.
