This item was as described, but it is plastic, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. It looks good, works great and was very easy to install, but I’m not sure I would have ordered it if I had known it wasn’t metal. I should have asked, I guess. I thought the price was a serious discount as most of the others I looked at were well over $150, but now I see why this one was much lower. We are happy with it, just a little disappointed in the description.

We saw this item at Home Depot but the check out line was way too long. So went home and found the item online and save quite a lot. It is being installed tomorrow and hope it works well as one review say there was a leaking cartridge. Hope all goes well.

Shipping was a bit hinky, but the handle itself is superb,and even with shipping, cheapest i found. Shipping issues were not serious, probably mostly to do with carrier, not seller.
