product was fine. BUT… it was 4 days until the seller even processed it for shipping, another day until they actually shipped it. in all took a week to get my item. these days, that’s VERY slow shipping.

Honestly was skeptical. I’d never heard of Prairie Grit, amd the price was at least $10 cheaper than anywhere else, but I decided to give it a shot. It was so simple. Our house is primarily equipped with Moen faucets and shower valves. When it came time for our latest remodel, of course I chose Moen. Prairie Grit had the best price and availability. Shipment was very quick. The faucet assembly installed easily and included everything required including a tubular wrench for tightening the mounting nut under the sink. Ordered three items and all were as described, new/unused and a great price. I had to return an item and was successful but it took a couple weeks before i got a response and finally got a pre-paid return label. Reimbursement was quick. Just have patience if you need to make a return. Despite this I will buy from this supplier again.
