Exceptional price and the faucet looks and functions perfectly. I did need to purchase and install a new set of shut-off valves as the new faucet water connections were not compatible with the old style valve fittings.

Haven’t installed yet, but it all looks good!

This Moen handle kit matched the description and arrived quickly. However, it would have been better to be listed as “opened”, because it appears to have been a “returned” item since the bag of parts was torn open and it was missing a set-screw for the handle. Fortunately, I had an old faucet with a usable set-screw, so I was able to complete the installation without needing to reach back to the vendor for the part.

I am so pleased with this experience. The price was great, the faucet is great, and it arrived on the date promised. I will definitely shop with them again and recommend this site to friends and family. Thank you Prairie Grit!

Everything was in the box to install the faucets as described and they work great!

Even though the national shipping situation makes for some dicey delivery dates, the cost savings was more than worth it as this unit was more than $40 less than my dealer. This particular box had another set of shipping stickers under the ones for me, but I don’t worry about the box, I worry about the content, and it was exactly what I ordered in Tip-Top shape. My installing plumber said it was pretty good, too!
