Overall a great deal as advertised. There was a slight delivery delay of 2 or 3 days later than originally promised. Works great! Would buy from here again. Did not use customer service, so did not want to give a rating, but this app forced me, so neutral rating given.

The ceiling fan came in the original package in new condition. The seller sent prompt communication about the order and shipping. Installation was easy with the instruction manual. Fan control with remote is easy and the fan itself is pretty silent except for the air being moved which is expected in a good fan.

Everything was good except that the tun spouts restriction from the shower charging handle restricts so much water it leaks out of the shower head when using the tub. If you have low water pressure than it’s fine
