Item was as described, “open box” but complete item, and not damaged or scratched. Came in original manufacturers packaging.

Seller took a couple of days to respond to shipping questions, and shipping took about a week from time of order to receipt of item.

Saved about 50% off of the price of the item at other lighting stores. If you are patient and can wait for shipping, it’s a fine deal.

They sent me a broken blade. After I report the problem, they fix it by sending me a new blade,

Ceiling fan took over a week to ship. It arrived broken, and appeared to be repackaged.
I have contacted the company to do a return/refund but the voice mailbox was full and the email went unanswered. I’m going to have to do an amex chargeback to get a refund it seems.

Shipped 3 to 5 days, took 10 days. Fan was very difficult to assemble. I’ve put up many fans, this one was difficult putting on blades. Like the fan, looks nice.
