However, it seems to be an “open box” or previously returned item – the package has been previously opened, and the wire nuts/bolts bag was already torn apart.
From a fairness standpoint, I’d except the item condition to be clearly stated on the listing description.
Kichler light came was in perfect condition in its original box with all of the parts required to install the fixture. Excellent pricing compared to other online sites. I would purchase from this site again.
Regrettably the product itself is not very good. The lights jiggle when the air conditioning or wind blows on them because they are so light in the cord is so flexible actually renders them useless.
I have issues with some of the 19 items I ordered (I.e. wrong item sent, some broken, one of pair was canceled and so they shipped one and not the other). Please contact me. I’ve been sending emails all week with no response. I would like to take advantage of the 30 day guarantee of free returns. Thanks!
My lamp arrived damaged beyond repair, broken at the base. It was delivered by FedEx but because of the dent in the tear in the box it must have been during shipping. I was thrilled to find this great deal on these mounting poles and string lights. The poles themselves were super sturdy and I appreciated that there were different options of mounting the poles. They have worked great and I love having my new deck lit up with these globe bulb string lights that were also included. One Happy Customer!!
