This Halo LED Remodel Housing may be used with Halo LED Module ML706830, RL’s, RA’s, ML’s, LT’s, BLD’s also, some SLDs are compatible as well and Halo LED Trims. The Halo LED collection offers the widest selection of performance-designed recessed LED down lights. With Halo the benefits of LED technology are fully realized for general lighting applications. Excellent color rendering and superior optical design with smooth beam distribution. Use the H750RICAT for remodel applications. This item is also Air-tite and saves energy by restricting airflow from living spaces to unconditioned attic or plenum.
- Can be installed from below the ceiling in home remodel applications, ideal for those who have limited or no access to their ceiling
- Insulation contact rated: Designed for insulated ceilings where contact is necessary
- Air-Tite rated design meets restricted air flow code requirements which prevents airflow between attic and living areas and saves on both heating and air conditioning costs
- Has four remodel clips which secure the recessed housing and accommodates 1/2″ and 5/8″ ceiling material
- Compatible with a wide variety of 6 inch LED retrofit trims but is best with Halo quality RL, RA, SLD, LT, SMD, and ML series models (Bulb free with some having a 45 year LED lifespan)
- LED Module Connection: This non-screw-base LED connection preserves the high efficacy rating of the luminaire
- Listed for damp location when used with dedicated wet rated LED recessed lights
- Rated for 20-Watt maximum
- Three “Quick Connect” connectors eliminate the need for separate wire nuts – simply strip supply wires and push in
