I was aware this was a returned faucet trim kit. I don’t recall if the description included if it was damaged or not. I was able to super glue the broken piece back on so it’s all good. The seller was very quick to ship it out.

Product was apparently manufactured poorly. With the mounting screws horizontal, the grab bar wasn’t horizontal and vice versa. Could this have been a second?

Easy to order, fast & free shipping, but there are some scratches on the showerhead which didn’t mention in the description.

This was a great buy! The product arrived in brand new condition as advertised even though it was an ‘open box’ item. All the instructions, screws, and pieces were intact and individually wrapped. Shipping info was a little confusing. The item was to have shipped on Friday, and I got a fedex notificatitn. Then on Tuesday I got a usps shippting notification so the carrier changed from Friday to Tuesday. It arrived that Friday and all was good.

Good for the price. The handles were somewhat crooked and because the handle set screws were missing I couldn’t fix them. I hooked it up anyway and they work fine.

Can’t really say about customer service. Didn’t have to call.
