the LED faucet is nice to use and look at. The only beef I had was that FedEx held the package for almost 3 weeks in California.

The item was obviously a return and had not been vetted. the ball knobs and one pole were scratched AND one of the poles was put together incorrectly but reshipped in that condition.I almost returned the item but after puzzling over it for a while, we got some old rags and pliers after it and got it apart and reassembled correctly. All with totally inadequate instructions, it’s no wonder it was returned by some unknown buyer in the first place. So, all that being said, I was not expecting a USED item that had been partially assembled incorrectly. The light is lovely, now that we spent the entire afternoon figuring it out. I could have gotten it brand new from other sellers for $5 more so I am disappointed in the fact that some of the trim was so damaged. Not sure I’ll used this seller again

slight doubt for the cleaning because each part composing crystals and mirrors are held by spikes not allowing a quick and effective cleaning of them in contact with dust and humidity of the bathroom !

I had bought a few of these light fixtures for my new house and after moving in I realized I needed a few more but homedepot no longer carried them. I found them here at a good price and ordered. Two of them came as open box items with a note stating that and that they were thoroughly checked. I found no issues at all and everything was as expected. Would order again. Thank you!

Item was received without original packaging and was used. It has mildew and a cracked shower hose connector. I requested a refund. I won’t do business again with Home Designs or Prairiegrit again, unless someone makes things right.
