Vintage Unique Otto Al Gore 2008 White Adjustable Cap

If you know your political history you know this cap is significant in that Al Gore DIDN’T run for president in 2008 even though many in the Democratic Party wanted him to.  I don’t have any history on this cap, so I don’t know if it was made by Gore’s potential campaign, the Democratic Party or a private party.  I do know it is unique.  A Google search revealed none like it and none from 2008.
