SharkBite Max flexible water heater connectors offer a quick and reliable solution for connecting your water heater to your home’s plumbing. Featuring a redesigned stainless steel collet retainer for added strength and a 200 psi pressure rating, these connectors are built for durability. The updated body design allows for easier insertion of pipe with reduced force, while eliminating the need for PEX tube liners. No soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or special tools are needed. Once inserted, stainless steel teeth securely grip the pipe, and a specially designed O-ring forms a tight, leak-resistant seal. The corrugated stainless steel hose provides flexibility, making it ideal for installations in tight or misaligned spaces. Available in multiple lengths and optional integrated shut-off valve.
