EZ Soffit Vent – Patented design features help optimize airflow and allows for the completion of the duct system before the soffit panel installation. This high-performance vent system improves overall fan performance, minimizes total installed costs and reduces call backs (labor and parts due to poor airflow). For use with exhaust fans up to and including 110 CFM. Duct connection is 4 in. and the duct connection stub is 2.25 in. in length, allowing plenty of surface area for connecting, securing, and sealing. The EZ Soffit overall height is less than 6 in. and fits easily even in a 4/12 pitch roof overhang (with 2 in. x 6 in. fascia board), and soffits as narrow as 12 in. (10.5 in. fascia to building). The rotatable flush mounted termination grille mounts with a single fastener (included).
