Thelma Resch Limited Edition Porcelain Doll Hope

Hope is a 24 inch tall (25 years old) 1993 porcelain doll by Thelma Resch from the JC Penney Doll Collection.

The curly flowing red haired, deep green eyed Hope is dressed in a country rose pattern lace trimmed dress with matching long knickers. Her lace trimmed ivory apron has graceful candlewicking and a blue ribbed ribbon detail at the waist. Her straw hat has a dress matched bow and Hope is barefoot.

Hope has a porcelain posable head, arms and lower legs with a cloth body. Hope is in excellent condition with no damage. Her dress, knickers and hat are pristine. Hope’s ivory apron has tiny raised dark specks on both inside and outside, see pics, which we believe is a factory defect as the other Hope doll we have listed by another collector has the same defect on the apron.

Hope has been securely packaged, weighed, measured and ships in her original box, with wrist tags, stand and her certificate of authenticity #368 of 5000.
