About This Product

This stainless steel gas connector is designed with safety as a top priority. It features a durable polymer coating that resists long-term exposure to common household chemicals, UV radiation, and salt. Using a high-temperature powder-coating process, the coating is baked onto the corrugated stainless steel to create a smooth, uniform finish along the entire connector. Unlike traditional dipped or spray-applied coatings, this method provides improved adhesion and consistent coverage. The coating is applied only after each connector has successfully passed a complete leak test and before the nuts and fittings are assembled, helping ensure enhanced corrosion resistance.
