The system works by installing a pump at the water heater and a patented under-sink sensor valve that creates a pressure differential. This allows cool water in the hot line to circulate back into the cold-water line until the water reaches the desired temperature, ensuring hot water is readily available throughout the home. (Note: Not compatible with tankless water heaters.)
