Welcome to our seller fee overview. We believe in being transparent with all selling costs so you can make informed decisions about which store level best fits your business needs.
Below you’ll find details on transaction fees, processing costs, and available seller account levels.
Payment Processing Fees (All Sellers)
All transactions processed through PayPal or Stripe include a standard 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction fee.
These processing fees apply to every sale regardless of your account level.
Example:
If you sell an item for $100.00, your payment processor (PayPal or Stripe) will deduct $3.20 ($2.90 + $0.30) before your payout.

How Fees Are Calculated
Launch Level: 10% of the total sale (including shipping) is deducted automatically at the time of sale, in addition to the 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee.
All Other Levels: Only the PayPal/Stripe processing fees apply — no additional commission is taken from your sale.
Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Sellers may upgrade or downgrade their account level at any time.
Example Fee Breakdown (Launch Level)
Let’s say you sell an item for $100 and charge $10 for shipping.
Sale + Shipping Total: $110.00
10% Seller Fee: $11.00
Processing Fee (2.9% + $0.30): $3.49
You Receive: $95.51
Billing & Payout
All fees (monthly subscriptions, commissions, and processing fees) are automatically deducted before payout.
Payouts are handled securely through your selected payment processor.
Refunds & Disputes
If a refund is issued to a buyer, the associated transaction and commission fees are non-refundable, as processing costs are incurred at the time of sale.
Changing Your Account Level
You can change your account level at any time from your seller dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
