     This is the receiver only so if you still have the remote and no longer have your receiver piece, this is for you! Cheaper than buying the whole set again. This is for the original Xbox. Still in very nice condition. You must have a remote that goes with this reciever to use it.

    Just plug the infrared receiver into the controller port and use the remote for DVD movie playback. Enables DVD movie playback functionality on the Xbox video game system.
