Packages to any other region are only guaranteed tracking until they are handed off to your countries postal service. We will consider that a delivered package.

Returns

Returns are not accepted on International orders.

Returns are only accepted on Domestic (US) orders in the case of shipping damage. We will require photos of the damaged merchandise to use for a claim with the carrier. We will provide a shipping label for the damaged item and you will be refunded when the item we sent is returned.
