Selling Agreement

PrairieGrit's Authority:

PrairieGrit retains full authority to maintain and manage this website. We reserve the right to remove any image, listing, or item from the site at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to the seller.

PrairieGrit is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for resolving disputes. In the event of a claim, concern, or issue, the seller and buyer should first communicate directly to attempt resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved, PrairieGrit may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication or investigating the issue.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service to anyone at any time.
Suspend or terminate any account or membership without notice.
Deny or revoke selling privileges for any reason we deem necessary.

By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and authorized to enter binding contracts. You also confirm that:

You own, or have legal title to, all products you offer for sale on the site.
All information you provide during registration and listing creation is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You agree to comply with all site policies, rules, and terms of sale.
You will only open accounts under your verifiable name and authorize PrairieGrit to verify your identity at our sole discretion.
You will conduct yourself in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner when interacting with PrairieGrit, buyers, and other sellers.
You will not list or offer any item you do not possess or have no intent to ship or deliver to the buyer.

PrairieGrit operates strictly as a marketplace platform (venue) where buyers and sellers conduct business independently. We are not involved in individual transactions and assume no liability for their outcomes.

By participating in this marketplace, you release PrairieGrit L.L.C. from any and all claims, demands, or damages — actual or consequential — arising from or in any way connected to disputes between users.
