Great shower head. Like the title suggests it feels like a tropical rain shower. And, the hand held unit is easy to use. There was slight scratching on one of the supply line ends due to use of the wrong wrench by the original purchaser. But it was minor and understandable. The instructions should have specified what size wrench to use. (I had no questions so that rating item is not applicable to me.)
