SharkBite Max push-to-connect ball valves offer the quickest and most convenient solution for installing or replacing water shut-off valves. Featuring a redesigned stainless steel collet retainer, these valves provide enhanced strength, durability, and a 400 psi pressure rating. The improved body design allows for easier pipe insertion without the need for a PEX tube liner. A single-lever quarter-turn handle gives you instant control of water flow, making it especially useful in confined spaces. No soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or special tools are required. Once inserted, stainless steel teeth grip the pipe securely while a specially engineered O-ring ensures a watertight seal. The valve can be rotated after installation for quick adjustments and easily removed using a disconnect tool, making it reusable.
