This 15.3 cu. in. ceiling fan brace with a 1-1/2 in. box is designed for safe installation of a ceiling fan or light fixture without needing access to attic space. Suitable for both new construction and remodel projects, it can be installed through a 4 in. opening in finished ceilings. It is compatible with a wide range of ceiling fans, so size compatibility is less of a concern. The brace features multiple teeth that grip and lock into ceiling joists, a threaded twin-lead screw for quick adjustment, and a hex tube for easier turning. For added flexibility, the electrical box can be positioned anywhere along the brace to better suit your installation needs.
