About This Product

This expansion PEX is cross-linked polyethylene tubing made for potable water piping systems. Produced by the peroxide method, it is PEX-A pipe, which has been in use for more than 50 years and has the highest rate of cross-linking of any PEX, giving superior durability, corrosion resistance and flexibility in demanding environments. Red, blue and white colors make hot, cold and main lines easy to identify, and the pipe is part of a complete cold-expansion system of brass fittings, poly alloy fittings, manifolds, valves, fasteners, tools and tubing for water delivery systems, simple or complex.
