Please note: this is the motor and housing only, separated from a complete ceiling fan. It does not include blades, blade arms or hardware, light kit, LED module, shade, mounting bracket, canopy, bottom cover, downrod, hanger ball, remote, or receiver. Installation involves line-voltage wiring — turn off power at the breaker before beginning.

This replacement matte black motor assembly is designed for the 85251 Benning 52 in. ceiling fan.

● The motor serves as the main operating component, with the blades, light kit, and other fan parts attaching to it.

● Reversible rotation moves air downward during warmer months and circulates warm ceiling air throughout the room during colder months.

● It is a practical replacement for a motor with seized bearings, damaged windings, or a failed capacitor when the remaining fan components are still usable.
