Please note: this is the mounting plate only, separated from a complete ceiling fan. It does not include mounting screws, the canopy, canopy trim, motor housing, blades, light kit, or the fan itself. Confirm your fan model before ordering — mounting brackets are not interchangeable between fan models, and the 44 in. and 52 in. Ashby Park use different plates.

This replacement ceiling mounting plate is designed for the 59344 44-inch flush-mount ceiling fan.

The mounting plate attaches securely to the ceiling electrical box and supports the full weight of the fan. Its slide-on design allows the plate to be installed first, after which the fan housing slides into position and locks securely in place. This installation method makes it easier for one person to mount the fan.
