shipping has went on 6/1/2015 to $2.04 that is with my bulk shipping discount and that includes tracking as required by ebay. I do not charge for the cost of bubble wrap or envelope or having item packaged for shipping.

my only brand new Items are my caps which I customize or put patches on ,and custom lettering.
